Describe how carbon compounds in the leaves can be recycled so that they can be used again by the trees."
Biology mock/practice, 4 mark question so decent amount of information needed as well as good english.

biologically breaking down the leaves, via compost or other method of decomposition, and reintroducing the matter into the soil at the tree stump area, will supply the tree with its own matter to reuse as the rains seep this matter into the tree's root system.
